Once you have all your documentation you are to undertake risk assessment of the risks you have previously identified in the Risk Management Register. For each risk you need to: Assess and document the potential consequences and likelihood for each risk Assess and document the risk rating using the Risk Rating Matrix based on the potential consequences and likelihood for each risk Document the date when you determined the risk rating for each risk on the Risk Management Register
