Once you have completed the meeting hold a meeting with the Human Resources Manager and discuss any unresolved issues, concerns and/or problems that were raised in the meeting. Evaluate and decide what sort of action needs to be taken.

1. Take up the necessary action with the relevant team member/s to resolve the issue. Once this has been done, write a brief report for management (the Human Resources Manager and CEO) outlining the discussion had in the meeting and the outcome.
