One area of the HFMA website that I found that could be useful for solving problems as a health care manager is under the News and Articles tab and in Leadership and Professional Development. This area includes a wide variety of articles that are related to the topic of Leadership and Professional Development. The articles included in this area of the HFMA website can definitely provide insight into solving problems as a health care manager. For instance, an article that I found in this section that was named "Jill Geisler: Tips on how to be an accessible, approachable leader" by Jill Geisler stated that "Being an accessible leader refers to people's ability to get time with you without feeling they're annoying or unwelcome,". This is an example of something that can help in solving a challenge as a health care manager. Jill is stating that as a successful leader and problem solver, you have to be easily accessible and welcoming. There are many other tips given not only by Jill Geisler in this article but by other articles in this area of the HFMA website
