The supervisee can expect to their supervisor to observe them during one-to-one therapy with clients' multiple times each month and meet with them four times per month for a minimum of 15 minutes per meeting to provide feedback regarding what the supervisee is doing well and where improvements are needed. Behavior skills training, which includes instruction, modeling, role-play, and feedback may be used during these supervision meetings to help supervise these, acquire the skills that are needed.
