One of Seelig's favorite tools to prepare students to work in creative teams is deBono's Six Thinking Hats. In deBono's model, there are six different roles we play on teams, each represented by a different colored hat. A person most comfortable generating new ideas wears the $\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_$ hat while a person who uses intuition to make decisions wears the $\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_$ hat.
