One of the duties of an employee toward an employer is obedience, that is, to obey and follow the instructions or orders of the employer. While some argue that this duty is absolute where the employee cannot question the orders given to him/her but to fulfill it, some say they should have a certain limit when the employee can forgo the orders if they are against the law.
