One of the key elements of agile project management is the ability to adapt quickly by choosing a different approach to help mitigate high risks and uncertainties. Selecting project life cycles which provide more flexibility to break up and address small increments of work is one option. You are going to divide into two groups based on the first letter of your last name (i.e., A-K will be in Group 1, L-Z will be in Group 2). The members of Group 1 will add an initial post that supports using predictive life cycle, and the members of Group 2 will add an initial post that supports using the iterative, incremental or agile life cycles.
