Consulting Project Guideline
The purpose of the semester-long consulting project is to give you a chance to apply course concepts to a familiar organization to develop a plan for organizational excellence. The final product will consist of an executive summary, presentation, and implementation strategy whitepaper. Your group will be given a single grade based on the content and quality of the final deliverables; the best teams will get a chance to present their plans to leaders in the organization. To complete this project your consulting team will need to thoroughly apply course concepts to an organizational problem to come up with a strong, actionable plan to address the issue. Your team should focus on developing one unique, coherent, and high potential solution that would be actionable by within the next year.
Your team will submit;
One Page Executive Summary
Your summary should identify and describe the need that you are addressing and present your suggested solution based on your understanding of Organizational Behavior concepts. Make sure that the summary stands on its own, has an effective flow and formatting, and offers a high potential idea to the organization. You may use a second page for your references only.
Implementation Strategy Whitepaper
Your implementation strategy whitepaper should describe the problem or challenge, provide your unique, high potential solution, and give detailed and comprehensive guidance on how the organization could implement this solution. You will need provide analysis bolstered by our course concepts and materials, at minimum you will need to include the refresher text and at least 30 other sources (these sources must be a mixture of course materials and outside materials). You will need to include your notes from all research you conducted as an appendix.
THE CHALLENGE

information and information you discover through course activities. Make sure to
consider the key activities that would need to be enacted to successfully recruit
Enterprise's next generation of effective leaders.

leaders?

so? Should the plan focus on large or small events, on campus or virtual

Diversity: How can Enterprise increase recruitment for women and minorities?
Specifically, Enterprise is also interested in hiring more Veteran and First
Generation College students.

program? What support do they need to provide to make your proposal
successful?

success? What is new, unique, or different about what your plan?
