One sentence summary for my topic is Equity in community colleges, and how it aligns with leadership accountability. There are many changes that have happened over the past four years in all parts of education. Transformational and Transactional leadership play a significant role in the overall systems within an organization (Basham, 2012). Also, seeing how the leadership adapts to equity and diversity has been different for all levels of leadership in the community college setting. Being able to understand what positive and negative outcomes might arise as this change in leadership style to be suitable for hopefully positive outcomes that will be able to include greater motivation for students as they transition back onto campus. As leadership style skills change, there's also the possibilities of backlash and the change that many may not be ready for, but in all areas, they need to be able to adapt to the changes that have navigated through education
