One situation that comes to mind is when I had to work in a team setting in my high school for our final project. The most important factors in how well a team will work together is communication and understanding. However, because of those being the 2 most important factors my team indeed did not do quite well. We almost did not communicate, nor did we care if the other understood what we were doing or not. Since it was online school the setting also made it hard to figure out who was doing what. Hence, I do not believe my team was a good example of teamwork. I haven't learned much in the class yet but I'm hoping it will teach me how to be more of a team player. When it comes to teamwork, I like doing everything alone because I know it will come out perfect. As well as the fact communication isn't my string suite because I am very shy. I do hope that in the future class we have teamwork because I would like to build on those skills
