a$)$ providing illustrations, comparisons and contrasts, statistics, and even testimony from colleagues, supervisors and instructors.

b$)$ actively involving themselves in the interview and spending a great deal of the interview talking.

c$)$ mentioning the organization by name often and exhibiting knowledge of the organization.

d$)$ using active, concrete and positive words along with the technical jargon associated with the position.
