One weekend while Raj was grocery shopping he takes a nasty fall in a wet isle. The stores cleaning staff forgot to put up a wet floor sign after cleaning the isle. Raj gets up after his fall, a little angry and with a very sore hip. He decides to complain to management, while walking to managers office he is hit full force on his sore hip by a child running with shopping cart. The impact knocks Raj off his feet and he cannot get up. After speaking to management, he visits his doctor and his medical expenses arising from his hip pain are determined to be $500. Can Raj sue the store for negligence and recover his damages? Why or Why not?
