Scenario: Taylor and Beyonc work at Mag's Mad Music Store. Taylor is the store manager. One day, Beyonc's friend Sia enters the store, and asks Beyonc if she can borrow Kanye's new album, 'I am an Immortal God-like Genius'. She promises she'll return it after she has copied all the tracks onto her computer. Beyonc replies, 'Sure', and hands the album to Sia. Sia walks out of the store. Taylor is coming out of Christina's nail salon when she sees someone who looks like Sia, with an album in her hand. Knowing that Sia had previously stolen an album from the store, Taylor crash-tackles her to the ground. Sia suffers from concussion and a broken wrist. Assess the criminal liability of Taylor and Sia for any applicable offences and defences.
