11. A project crashing data table for the building project in problem 7 is shown below. Use expected task times as normal times and assume that there is no uncertainty for the times listed. Crash time is the absolute minimum time to do that task (you cannot crash below this time). How much will it cost to crash the project by 5 weeks? ( 5 pts) A contractor has developed the tasks, durations, and predecessor relationships in the following table for part of a new building. The Beta distribution is assumed for all activity times. 7. Draw the precedence network for the project. You may use the shape tools in Word or PowerPoint, or the drawing application of your choice, and insert (copy \& paste) the diagram into the Word file. What are the ES/EF (earliest start/finish) and the LS/LF (latest start/finish) for each task based on the expected task times? Write these times on the network diagram. Hint: It may be helpful to create dummy start and/or end tasks with task times of 0 to "tie" the ends of the network together. (10 pts) 8. What is the critical path based on the expected task times? (2 pts)
