Open an application that you use frequently (e.g. word processor, email, web browser) on a PC/laptop or tablet and look at the menu header names without opening them.

For each one (e.g. File, Edit, Tools) write down what options you think are listed under each. Then look at the contents under each header. How many options were you able to remember and how many did you put in the wrong category?
