  4. Click on the Case Mix Group field and select the following:
    1. CMG 163 (Major Cardiothoracic Intervention with Pump)
    2. CMG 164 (Major Cardiothoracic Intervention without Pump)
  5. Click on Age Group and select 18 59
  6. Sort the data by Case Mix Group and then by Jurisdiction
  7. Copy and paste (values and number formats) this data into a new Excel file.
  8. Save this file. Name the file CMG 163_164_your name
  9. Repeat the above process for Fiscal 2011/12
  10. Copy and paste (values and number formats) into a clean worksheet in the file you saved in Step 8.
  11. Label each tab with the corresponding fiscal year.
