We know what the advantages are of having accounting/auditing logs.

part 1)Would the accounting/ auditing needs be different based on different sized organizations?

part 2)Would you be able to generate a single policy for auditing on all of the Windows desktops in your organization? Why or why not?

part 3)Are there any disadvantages to having/keeping this information?
