Opinion Statement

The economy is always changing. Between the three strategic analyses (SWOT, PESTLE, and Porter's Five Forces) there's only so much competition and change that those 3 strategies may not be the best one. The three major external forces I think organizations are facing today are the communication barriers ,lack of vision and the pandemics uncertainty and repercussions.

The communication barriers in today's business societies are very challenging. The US is home to more than 6 different race categories and for the most part accommodates all those races to some extent. Also business professional language isn't always easy for individuals and can be stressful to the workers and them to get what they need efficiently. It's already a job to do that without a language barrier. Say their first language is arabic. It might be difficult to understand them.

Now, when i say lack of vision i don't mean they have no new ideas. What I am trying to say is that business owners have a lack of vision as to how far they can take themselves. Most businesses are more scared of the fall they could take. Then all the easy work they could be putting in to get to the top spot without a downfall. Advertising is a big industry and there are multiple ways to go about it. Not every ad has to be spoken by a celebrity and costs thousands of dollars for production. It's so simple and a lot of people don't have much creativity when it comes to it.

The pandemic has gone on for about 3 years. As a country this has been a hard time for all of us. The economy has changed people's day to day lifestyle routines have changed, and people think more before coughing in public so i think less germs but.. Businesses who relied on face to face service declined in profits due to the abrupt stop this virus has put on people.

To wrap it all up I think that the business industry is the most complicated basic system created and the coronavirus, communication barriers and lack of vision are the top three forces I think that are causing difficulties in society.
