OPTION A: Because she has difficulty falling asleep at night, Jane Doe stays up until 1 or 2am. Before she goes to sleep she often does 20 minutes on the treadmill or lifts weights. If she has a deadline at work she will work on drawing up blueprints for her next project before retiring for the night.
