Senior executives in your organization are concerned that the firm's culture focuses too much on financial performance - increasing sales, reducing costs, and seeking to maximize profits. The firm is under increasing pressure from investors and its local community to show greater environmental awareness. The executives realize that this will require a fundamental shift in the firm's organizational culture. Advice the executives on which area to review first to enable them effect any change in culture and explain why you choose to tackle the change from that angle. Your response should be two pages.
