Organization and methodology: In this project the students are encouraged to analyze their personality traits, strengths and weaknesses, and compare them with the skills required for a Project Manager (PM). Students must use the information provided on the slides, and the additional document called: "Interpersonal skills of a project manager". It is important to align with the PMBOK Project Manager characteristics as below. Leadership Team building Motivation Communication Influencing Decision making Political and cultural awareness Negotiation Trust building Conflict management Coaching For the comparison, students are required to provide specific examples to prove the skills mentioned are achieved (if, how and when). For those skills not achieved or in need of improvement, the student is expected to create a plan to develop these
