Organizational Behavior: How to manage people

Now that you have completed the lectures for this entire course, I hope you have fresh perspectives from which to view your organization, your role and that of the people around you. In the final quiz, I would like for you to think about a real situation that you witnessed and apply what you have learned. I would like for you to show how, with this new information, you can draw new conclusions and come up with recommendations that would lead to improvements in this sort of situation.
