QUESTIONS With a diploma in accountancy, he believes that he would be able to accomplish all task given to him with minimal difficulty. He is overwhelmed by the offer and promised himself that he would give his best in every assignment and task given to him. However, on his registration date at the human resources department, he was informed that his tasks include any office work given by his department head as well as helping the administration office deliver letters to clients. He is upset with the additional tasks as they were not stated in the letter of employment, but he said nothing as he was desperate for a job. As he was having lunch at the office cafeteria, he bumped into an old friend whom he has not met for more than 10 years. Ahmad was a school friend of Kadim's and is now working in the customer service department. Ahmad has been with the organization ever since he completed his SPM. Ahmad is now a junior officer and earns a monthly salary of RM4000. Ahmad shares his experience working there and convinces Kadim that he should focus on his work. Ahmad also advises Kadim to maintain positive attitude and to always show enthusiasm in completing his work. 2. Having job satisfaction will develop a learning organization.
