Organizational structure and culture - The GIG PMO has been in place for almost a year. Examine the organizational structure in Figure 24.1 - Structure of GIG's PMOs. Note that there is a GIG PMO, as well as GTC PMO, SM PMO, SS PMO, OPS PMO, Architecture PMO, SE PMO, PE PMO and an A&E PMO. Address how these various PMOs can function effectively and collaboratively in your presentation. You will also need to examine the PMO Authority and Responsibilities section of the case study. What recommendations does your team have for this structure? What clues do you have regarding organizational culture and how does this organizational culture affect the functioning of the various PMOs
