Organize for Innovation!

Hierarchical organizations can create a lot of bottlenecks and not allow for the fast delivery of value to the customer. Many organizations are finding themselves in outdated organizational structures that slow down processes. They are evolving to include both projects and products, but the new structures don't allow them to move rapidly and meet market demands.
