Being open to change provides the organizational change and development to set goals and teaching them for a positive growth and development. Yes, organizational change and development provide emplyee motivation, engagement, security, communication, and creativity. Provides an organization the ability to be better and adapt to changes being made and through goals set in place. An example of organizational change and development I have experienced is team building that has taken place to work on communication, team work, and relationships in the company. The company I worked for had many new employees and wanted to have all employees on the same page and striving for excellence with everyone. This is the same for the job I am at now working in education. Although many employees are new to team building exercises many employees are engaged and have formed relationships. I feel that with the team building that takes place once a month helps to provide a foundation for the employees and give an opportunity
