Orlando made the decision to open his food truck because he wanted to share the seasonings of his culture with others. Suppose that Orlando now wants to make a decision about whether he will offer new dishes in addition to tortas. He decides to ask several family members to help him make the decision. Each family member sends Orlando their ideas on what new food items will be good to add to his menu. Orlando combines all of the ideas, and sends the combination back out, ashing for additional thoughts and information from his family. He does this until the family members agree on the best food item to add. Orlando is using the style of decision making.
