THE GIVEN ROLE IS-
VICE-PRESIDENT OF LOCAL UNION As the Vice-President, you were recently subordinated by being defeated by the Local President in the election. You have a fair bit of animosity towards the Local President as you wanted the President's job but decided to accept the position of Vice-President instead. Secretly, you would like to see the Local President fail in this round of negotiations in order to allow you to become President at the next election in two years. From your perspective, the membership's demands for an 8% wage increase over 3 years as a bare minimum is unreasonable given the economic circumstances. You think that Local President's desire to bargain tough with the management is simply a personal attempt to make himself look good and is not in the best interests of the membership. You feel the Local President has an ego which is going to get in the way of the bargaining negotiations.
Please explain how i can a report describing the role using the article, changes for negotiations and rationale for doing so
