Our discussion is a little different this week. Pick your favorite brand and look at the 5Cs for that company and complete the situational analysis. Based on that analysis and what you know about the brand, what recommendations would you make to the company regarding that brand or its business? Everyone will do the same discussion. These questions will require you to make recommendations, identify decisions possibilities, and suggest implementation strategies. You must include some supporting information from the reading when you do this. While I value your opinion, your classmates won't learn from it unless you defend your thoughts with some support.
