Our new director, Damien, has recently begun to assist us to revise our QIP. He is very organised and has created a structured calendar to show us which Quality Areas we will focus on as part of the self-assessment. He arranged for us to meet as a group to formalise a bit of an action plan and he provided pizza for dinner as a reward.

Alicia has been the director at a service for 8 years. Each member of her team knows their role, and they are encouraged to share their ideas openly. Alicia does not get involved much with the day-to-day tasks on the floor, however, she allows the team a lot of freedom to make their own decisions and take on different projects as they see fit.
