For me I find it ever natural in finding where it went wrong and how it resulted in the outcome it did. As a leader it is important to have this skill, so you are not wasting time on trying to figure out the problem. In many cases as a leader, you need that quick thinking skills and I believe I do have that because I can run through many different possibilities in my mind at once. The one step I know I need to practice and project before taking my ideal criminal justice career would have to be decision making. I struggle with making decisions without overthinking in my everyday life so I know I will have a hard time making a decision as a leader without overthinking it a million times and then second guessing myself once I do make up my mind. I can practice this skill before applying for a professional criminal justice role by trusting that my decision is the best because I have used my strength and identity the problem. Because I have identified the problem I know
