Outlines of the project:

You are required to take any company/firm/enterprise etc. You are required to have an orientation of business strategy only. Your project will be an attempt to address the following points:

1. Perform and explain both internal and external analysis of the company.

Note: You are required to perform these analyses by using related matrices after taking at least four of each force (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats).

2. Set goals based upon above mentioned analyses. These goals can also be set before these two analyses.

3. Create match between internal and external forces.

Note: SPACE matrix and IE matrix are required (please take at least three indicators for each position in case of SPACE matrix). Although IE matrix is typically used for product lines comparison, you are still required to develop this for your one product.

4. Suggest some strategies based upon your matching stage.

5. Choose the best possible strategy.

Note: You are required to develop QSPM by taking at least three of each force (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) among the forces taken for the development of IFE and EFE, and two strategies.

6. Explain the suggested strategy in your company's given circumstances.
