With a mission to make eating healthy easy, fun and flavourful, for one family at a time, the brand today can be found across Canada in over 600 as well as through their direct-to-consumer website. How does Cedar Valley drive brand awareness and increase trial.

Goals of the marketing plan project:Overall our group wants to drive brand awareness for this company.

-Main goal: How to grow sales & keep selling, increase sales per store.(Keep count of sold pita chip bags and bottles of dressing). - Gain a high level to become one of the top leaders in each category to keep products on shelves.

  • *Current online traffic is only 1,200. The company wants to increase 10,000/month.

-Build a loyal customer base, brand awareness (currently it's been only word of mouth). Work with brand ambassadors, Refer a friend etc

  • Cedar Valley's business goals: Short term: Gain exposure, market share within Canada & U.S. Long term: Branch out into dips, soups, spices, pre-made salads and sauces etc..
