1) Packaging -Individual unit details content, type, dimensions -Unitized details how many cartons, stackable, hand bombed or palletized - Dimensions of unitized unit, if applicable - Packaging markings that would be on the cartons 2) number of units/unitized sold - Number of units/unitized units loading into uld or ocean container (show calculations) 3) mode of transport -for initial market, growth stage, mature and decline stages as appropriate 4) INCOterm -What is your primary and secondary INCOterm (cannot be exworks) -Explain why your company chose those INCOterms -Explain advantages for you and your client -Explain disadvantages for you and your client 5) Landed costs -What are the charges that you are responsible for? -Breakdown your invoice price to reflect INCOterm component 6) Leadtime/transit time - The date your shipment will be ready for transit -Inland, dwell time (export/import), main freight, and final delivery 7) Documents CREATE a commercial invoice based on your transaction details - What other documents are required for your transaction; explain each document, its purpose and who prepares it 8) Reverse logistics How will logistics support your warranty program or other situations where your product is not accepted or acceptable
