A Canadian company wishes to expand its business abroad. They unfortunately do not have the

expertise or resources to exploratory business plan for their expansion aspirations.

As a Big Time International Consultant (BTIC), they have hired you to explore the potential of

them expanding internationally.

During the next three months you will carry out a thorough analysis for your client and develop a

business plan. You will be providing an oral presentation to the client, as well as providing them

with an executive summary.

REQUIREMENTS

Choose a Canadian business that currently does not have a significant international

presence. Determine which country you are proposing for your client's international

expansion. USA, UK, France, country of (your or your parents) birth and the country

you profiled in your seminar are excluded).

Based on the course content and class discussion, determine the appropriate factors and

criteria for your analysis.
