Overview

A department manager asks you to remove the lifting requirement from a warehouse job posting because they think it is scaring candidates away. As you were last aware, the warehouse position does require that employees lift up to 25 pounds individually and up to 50 pounds as a team lift on a regular basis. Respond to the manager, providing two reasons you would or would not recommend removing the lifting requirement wording. Also, offer to discuss the request further by including two questions you would ask the manager as a follow-up.
