Overview of task This assessment requires you to engage with contemporary academic Part A requires you to compose a personal reflection about a management scenario in a workplace/organisation you are familiar with. This should be a concise description with enough detail to be able to relate the scenario to the management concepts and theories of detail you might include. This section should be approx. 200 words long. Part B requires you to identify two different management theories and/or concepts, apply each of these to your scenario and develop a critical analysis of the scenario and possible management concepts/theories that might be used to understand the scenario. This section should be approx. 600 words long - I.e., 300 words for each theory/concept.
