Overview The final project for this course is the creation of a reflective paper. This seminar, combined with previous field experience or the partner experiential learning project, will provide you an opportunity to reflect on theories, concepts, and terminology encountered during your experience in the field of sport management. if you don't have previous experience in sport management, you will work to complete a professional project for a partner sport organization. This opportunity has been facilitated to ensure that you have relevant experience to reflect upon in order to complete this final project. This work will be smeitted to the partner organization and should reflect your standards of professionalism. The final product represents an authentic demonstration of competency as you will articulate how you can apply the course learning objectives to practical experience. You will connect your understanding of sport management to your own experience working for a sport organization or engaging with the course's experiential learning project.
