Overview

The student will have to provide description and details of winery of their choice, their heritage and tradition surrounding wine production, available top Five wine products, detailed description of characteristics of the wine.

Directions to Learners

1. Identify the different wine products available within the establishment
2. Writa brief description of the establishment (location, hours of operation, price range, food type).
3. Choose five wines that are available, and provide: Country of Origin, region, Alcohol/Vol, Sugar Content, Sweetness Description, Style, aroma color and other details such as reviews.
4. Is the product available in Canada? What is the price point? Is it available in LCBO?

The presentation is a sales pitch, where you are trying to provide explanation of why the winery you represent is the best choice, what product is available and why it a good choice?
