Owners are often the greatest source of project risk. Why do you think that is, provide examples you might have seen (a few come to my mind like lack of knowledge about design and construction process, funding, changing their minds, etc)and what can owners do to mitigate the risk they bring to a project? Or, what could other core team members, including the PM,do to mitigate this risk from the owner?
