P1 The OpportunisticCompany Pvt. Ltd. is designing an online medical consultation system. Their idea is to leverage the current advances in mobile internet. P2 The system will require that patient's set up an appointment session with a doctor via the web or a mobile app. Doctors and their assistants can also use the web or a mobile app to interact with the system. Doctors will pre-publish their consultation schedule from which patients will select blocking time-slots. At the appointed schedule doctors will log in and patients are also expecting to log in for their appointment schedule. Once a doctor prescribes medicines and tests, these are automatically indexed in the system against the session and are visible to the patients, the relevant doctors, and the assistants of the relevant doctors. If patients have any queries after the consultation, they can always post against that session, which automatically shows up in the notification center for the doctors and their assistants. Assistant and doctors can reply to these queries which automatically show up in the notification center of the patient and is also visible as a discussion against the appointment session. Patients can also upload the scanned/photographed versions of their test reports and they also show up in the notification center of the doctors and their assistants. P3 If a doctor (or his assistant) thinks that a further consultation session is required, they can create an appointment for the patient which the patient can reschedule if needed. Q2.
