All conversion costs are incurred evenly throughout the process. At the end of the period, ending work in-process was 100 percent compete for direct materials and 60 percent complete for conversion costs. A. Compute equivalent units for direct materials and conversion costs. B. For the data above, summarize total costs to account for, calculate cost per equivalent unit for direct materials and conversion costs, and assign total costs to units in ending work in process and completed (and transferred out) units.
