This link has all the group members and the company you choose to work on for your final project.

In your group, you will be writing a change management plan.

Google any change management plan document to get a format you like but your document has to include the following:

-Information about the change project

-Number of resources you would need

-Identify at least 20 tasks that needs to be done to complete this project.

-Identify the job titles of who will be responsible and accountable (remember there is a difference) for each of these 20 tasks

-Timeline would be 1 year (from January-December). Divide the year and indicate which month which of these 20 tasks will be done.
