( Paid leave) Although young workers often complain that they are overworked and do not have enough time to spend with their family, some people believe that it is in fact these workers who themselves do not take advantage of the paid leave options available to them. This is because younger workers are eager to get ahead, and think taking leave will negatively impact their career. In contrast, older workers are more eager to take full advantage of their paid leave. To investigate this, a survey was conducted of 48 employees of a large insurance firm. All had worked in the company for at least one year, and all their employment contracts specified that they had 20 days of paid leave available per year. In the survey, the age of the employees was recorded, as well as the number of paid leave days taken in the past 12 months. A regression model was then estimated with the number of days of leave taken as the dependent variable, and employee age as the independent variable. A partial output of the regression is given below. Use this information to answer the next few questions.

(Paid leave continued) What would you conclude from the F-test for this output? Recall that the p-value of the F-test appears in the box marked J. There is only one independent variable, so the F-test reproduces something you have already done.
