Pamela was playing on a slot machine directly underneath the chandelier and her friends were nearby playing as well. Suddenly the chandelier broke and fell on Pamela's back, she suffered broken bones, fractured head, broken jaw and she had to undergo various corrective surgeries on her face, Her, medical bills totaled $85,000. Pamela wants to bring an action against WIN WIN for negligence in the Federal court and WIN WIN claims that that there is no Federal Question and the action should be brought to the Nevada or California State court. 1) Can Pamela take her case to the FEDERAL Court?
