Analyzing behavioral factors to determine interests is a great tool to use in negotiation, mediation, facilitation, ADR, etc. what are some behaviors that could be observed, that one could look for in a conflict to determine a person's interests/individual paradigms? I have a few in mind, not speaking to a person, and their attitude, like if you ask them a question, they scream an answer back at you. I just need some really good ones.
