Parasuraman $(2000)$ proposed a new taxonomy of potential users, based on their Technology Readiness. A person's technology readiness can be defined as: $$an overall state of mind resulting from mental enablers and inhibitors that collectively determine a person's predisposition to use new technologies. Parasuraman distinguished four dimensions to operationalize technology readiness $($See Exhibit $1\mathrm{.}1).$ The items were measured on a $7-$point Likert scale. A study was undertaken for assessing the validity and reliability of the measurement instrument using $200$ respondents. Factor analysis was used to evaluate the underlying $4-$Factor structure of the instrument. The results are summarized as follows.
