1. Create a new file named inc_welcome.php.

2. Create a variable named isLogin and initialize it with a false value.

3. Create a variable named username and initialize it with a null value.

4. Using an if statement check the isLogin and if it is true then display a welcome message along with the username. Otherwise send a message that indicates they need to login.
