The response variable is the amount you would be willing to pay for the basic 100% cotton t-shirt. At random, students in this session were assigned to one of three groups. Two of the three provided additional information on the inner label, corresponding to the country where the t-shirt was manufactured. The first group saw a label that did not provide any information on the country where the t-shirt was manufactured control group). The second group of students were informed that the t-shirt was made in China (treatment group 1). A third group was informed that the t-shirt was made in USA (treatment group 2).
