Develop a risk report that presents the source of risk for the project topic Chronic Illnesses Management. Identify and describe the techniques or tools used in identifying these risks. In the description, identify the techniques and tools that are most useful. Which techniques are expected to be less effective in the project? Why?
For the Risk Identification Report, develop a PowerPoint presentation 12-15 slides to be delivered to your project team. The slides should include:
- Title slide
- Summary of your evaluation of technical, managerial, commercial, and external risk factors that may impact your project. Careful attention should be given to scope, cost/effort, resource, and timeline considerations. Provide charts and or examples.
- Techniques and tools for risk analysis, such as expert judgement, data gathering, and data analysis. Include a description of these techniques and tools. Prompt list preparation and proper documentation of meeting notes should be considered.
- Your decision of which technique and/or tool you will use and why, and
- A reference slide
Your PowerPoint presentation should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
Part 2: Perform a Risk Analysis
In part 1 you have identified your project risks and analysis technique. Now, perform a risk analysis and prioritization for your project using the identified technique. The deliverable should include:

- Risk register, use an excel spreadsheet, make sure the information is relevant to the project by using the list below:
- listing the top project risks and prioritize how severe each risk is;
- Describe the impact to the project and how likely are they to occur.
- Determine how often the project will refresh the assessment of the top risks.
- Determine who owns the top risks and is accountable for results, and to whom do they report.
- Discuss the steps you will use to perform risk analysis and prioritize risk in your project risk register, and
- Discuss which analysis approach you will use (qualitative/quantitative risk analysis techniques) and why.
